We quantify leaf chlorophyll content by using N-Tester®. The chlorophyll content of vegetation is closely linked to its nitrogen content. N-Tester is a very useful tool (1400 N-Tester® sold in France).

It can be read on the internet, by minitel, by WAP phone or by pocket PC. Once you have collected the data, your advice can be printed and/or send by fax. The printed advice is validated by Arvalis Plant Institute.

3. Already over 10 years of experience: the first trials started in 1994, and validated the method. Today more than 250 trials have been done and more than 35 000 parcels are analysed per year.
